Required Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to hold or book a hunt. A 25% payment is due no less than 120 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 25% payment no less than 90 days prior, and the remaining 25% payment is due no less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Payments may be made by cash, check, or electronic transfer using Venmo or Zelle. Discount available for hunting parties of five or six hunters. Six hunters max per week. Lodging is included in the price.

Full Guest List

All reservation requests must include the number of guests (adults and children) who will be staying overnight during the reservation period. A request for an exception to policy to bring a pet on the property must be made at time of reservation request. If approved, a pet fee applies and owner is responsible for clean up and any damages. Guest names must be provided to the owner on or before arrival at the lodge on check-in day. Any guest visitors to the property, even for short periods of time, must be approved by the owner in advance and also listed by name for the owner on or before check-in day. Any unauthorized people or pets at the property for any length of time is grounds for termination of the reservation without refund or compensation and immediate removal from the property. Any actions deemed dangerous to people or property by the owner is also grounds for reservation termination and removal from the property without compensation/refund. Reservation holder is the responsible party for the conduct of all guests in their group/family.

Cancellation Policy

A hunter may cancel a fully paid hunting package at least 60 days prior to the scheduled hunting arrival day and receive a 50% refund. An exception to this policy may be requested and approved at the discretion of Eagle Rock Adventures for documented medical emergencies, death or eminent death of a family member, or natural disaster. The deposit and payments for a booked hunt may be transferred to another hunter subject to the approval of Eagle Rock Adventures.
